Eddie Howe confirms which Newcastle United players will (and won’t) be available for Aston Villa match | OneFootball

Eddie Howe has revealed which Newcastle United players will be available to be in the matchday squad at Aston Villa on Saturday.

A turbulent summer and no doubt everybody connected with NUFC, happy to see the action on the pitch resuming after a summer of endless debate off it.

Eddie Howe admitting that the Villa match will be too soon for Jacob Ramsey to be involved, he is having his United medical today.

However, the Head Coach stating that along with other new signings Anthony Elanga and Aaron Ramsdale, Malick Thiaw will also be available for Saturday’s match.

Eddie Howe revealing also that whilst Joe Willock will miss the opening match, he isn’t far away from returning to action after his pre-season injury.

Howe also confirming that there is no change on the Alexander Isak front and he won’t be involved at Villa.

Apart from those two though, Eddie Howe saying all other members of the Newcastle United first team squad are available to face Aston Villa.
