Inter Milan teenager Issiaka Kamate has joined Portuguese outfit Issiaka Kamate on loan with an option to buy.

According to Sky Sport Italia journalist Gianluca Di Marzio via FCInter1908, the 20-year-old will spend the next season in Portugal.

Kamate has linked up with Aves on a season-long loan. The Portuguese side will have an option to redeem his card permanently next summer.

However, Inter have refused to let their prodigious wingback leave without installing a safety measure.

The top-class negotiator he is, Beppe Marotta, has included a buyback clause.

It will allow the Nerazzurri to bring the youngster back to Giuseppe Meazza if his development at Aves goes to plan.

Earlier in the summer, Kamate drew an inquiry from Belgian Pro League giants Anderlecht.

But the deal fell through after the record-time Belgian champions signed Jan-Carlo Simic from AC Milan.

After the Anderlecht track went cold, Aves have spotted a window of opportunity.

It took the Iberian minnows a couple of weeks to finalize the youngster’s move.

The transfer should benefit Kamate’s development.

It’s a near-certainty that he’ll enjoy regular first-team football at the Estadio do CD das Aves.

Despite forming part of Simone Inzaghi’s pre-season squad, he would’ve been a fringe player at Inter.

Indeed, Denzel Dumfries and Matteo Darmian are the senior options at right-back.

Following a turbulent start to August, the Dutchman’s future at Inter looks safe. He’ll stay at Meazza despite Manchester United links.

Meanwhile, Darmian has entered the autumn of his playing career. But he’s still a dependable alternative on the right flank.

Both players featured for Inter in their curtain-raising Serie A clash against Genoa last Saturday.

Darmian even had an assist disallowed for offside as Inzaghi’s defending champions drew 2-2 at the Marassi.
