Dawda, on loan to Cádiz CF | OneFootball

Girona FC and Cádiz CF have reached an agreement for the loan of forward Dawda Cámara Sankharé, 22 years old, until the end of the current season.

Born in Banyoles and trained in the Club's youth academy, Dawda has established himself as one of the great prospects of Girona's youth system, standing out for his talent, speed, and ability to create imbalance in the final meters. His versatility allows him to play both as a striker and in wide positions, providing mobility and offensive depth.

The Banyoles-born player, who has been a regular in the dynamics of the first team—combining his performances with the reserve team and participating in training sessions under Míchel's orders—has made his debut in the First Division, playing 71 minutes in the 3 league matches so far.

In addition to his journey at Girona, Dawda has been an international with Mauritania's youth teams, a recognition that highlights his projection and potential at the international level as well.

The loan to Cádiz CF will provide Dawda with a key opportunity to gain minutes, grow in professional football, and showcase his potential in La Liga Hypermotion.
