It’s a London derby to start the season for Oliver Glasner’s side
Crystal Palace kick off the new Premier League season with a London derby against Chelsea.
This campaign is something of a new dawn for the Eagles. After winning their first major silverware in the FA Cup last season and qualifying for the Europa League, this campaign is a chance to reach new heights on the continent and juggle the extra demands a far busier schedule will bring.
Their first real test comes on the opening weekend of the new campaign with a trip to Stamford Bridge. It is part of a decent opening run for Palace as they also face Nottingham Forest. Aston Villa, Sunderland and West Ham before a double header against the Merseyside pair - Liverpool and Everton.
Other London derbies come against Arsenal at the end of October and Brentford a week later. Manchester City will have an opportunity to avenge their FA Cup final defeat on December 13, and again in March 2026.
The traditional festive period will see Palace welcome London rivals Tottenham to Selhurst Park the day Boxing Day before another capital clash at home to Fulham to round off the calendar and into 2026. The season concludes at home to the Gunners.
