Croatia manager Zlatko Dalic is expected to line his team up in a 4-2-3-1 when they face France in the first leg of the UEFA Nations League quarter-final tonight with the likes of Luka Modrić and Josko Gvardiol expected to start.
The major question mark revolves around who will start up front. Osasuna forward Ante Budimir is expected to be given the nod in Spilit, although there is a chance that Mario Pasalic will start in his place. Luka Modrić will come up against Real Madrid teammates Aurélien Tchouaméni, Kylian Mbappé and Eduardo Camavinga, whilst Manchester City duo Mateo Kovacic and Josko Gvardiol are also expected to start for Croatia.
The likes of Modrić, Kovacic, Duje Caleta-Car, and Ivan Perisic all risk missing the second leg on Sunday should they receive a booking.
