Laia Aleixandri, Khiara Keating and Lily Murphy joined two-year-old City fan Poppy on an Easter Egg Hunt around the Joie Stadium, before surprising her with a special gift.

Poppy doesn’t turn three until July but has already watched over 50 City games () with her mother, Jess.

She reached the milestone at the Blues’ League Cup final against Chelsea having already been a season ticket holder at the Joie, enjoying the action on the pitch as well as the incredible offerings available to all our young fans off it in the special kids fanzone.

In recognition of that incredible milestone and to give something back to one of our youngest diehard fans, Joie – the Official Family partner of Manchester City Women - organised a special Easter Egg Hunt around the Joie Stadium for Poppy and some of our other younger fans.

But Poppy was also given some extra support by Aleixandri, Keating and Murphy, who helped the toddler’s search before presenting her with a very special gift.

As well as receiving a top-of-the-range Joie buggy, Joie also provided the two-year-old with a season ticket that will last until her 16th birthday.

“We can’t thank Joie and Manchester City for this wonderful and generous gift,” Poppy’s mum, Jess, said of the experience.

“Just to be invited along was something special in itself. The Joie Stadium and Manchester City women are home to us, it’s very much our happy place.

“We’ll be there whatever the weather and whatever the result. It’s great to now know that Poppy is going to be there supporting the girls (with me, obviously) for the foreseeable.

“We are so very lucky and proud to call this our club.”
