City to face FC Midtjylland in UEFA Youth League Round of 32 | OneFootball

City’s Under-19s will travel to Danish outfit FC Midtjylland in our UEFA Youth League Round of 32 single-leg tie.

The draw took place live on UEFA’s channels on Friday morning.

The match is expected to be played either on Tuesday 11 February or Wednesday 12 February. The exact date and time of our game will be confirmed in due course.

Our opponents qualified for the knockout stage of the prestigious European competition through the Domestic Champions Path.

Ben Wilkinson’s Under-19s placed 11th in the UEFA Youth League table after three wins, one draw and two defeats.

City have advanced to the Round of 16 of the competition for the past two seasons.

Our best finish in the competition came in 2017/18 when we reached the semi-finals before losing to eventual winners Barcelona.
