All four surviving Serie A sides in this season’s Champions League have confirmed their squads for the second half of the competition, as Inter, Milan, Atalanta and Juventus have all made at least one change to their ‘A’ lists for the second portion of the 2024-25 campaign.

At the mid-way stage of the Champions League, teams are allowed to make up to three changes to their squad’s ‘A’ list.

The A list can have a maximum of 25 senior players, two of whom must be goalkeepers and at least eight of whom must be locally trained. Clubs can also name players to their ‘B’ list, as long as they were born after June 1, 2003, and as long as they played for the club for an uninterrupted period of two years as a youth player.

Here are all the confirmed changes for the competing Serie A teams.

Inter

Inter made just one change to their Champions League squad list. January signing Nicola Zalewski has been added, while Tajon Buchanan, who left to join Villarreal during the transfer window, is out.

A List:

Goalkeepers: Sommer, J.Martinez, Di Gennaro.

Defenders: Dumfries, Zalewski, Darmian, De Vrij, Pavard, Bisseck, Bastoni, Acerbi, Dimarco, C.Augusto.

Midfielders: Barella, Mkhitaryan, Calhanoglu, Frattesi, Zielinski, Asllani.

Forwards: L.Martinez, Thuram, Arnautovic, Taremi.

Changes: Zalewski in, Buchanan out.

Milan

Milan were one of the busiest Serie A sides in the January transfer window. They are only allowed to add a maximum of three new players to their squad lists, though, which means no room for Warren Bondo or Riccardo Sottil in the Champions League squad. Kyle Walker, Santiago Gimenez and Joao Felix are in, though.

A List:

Goalkeepers: Maignan, Sportiello.

Defenders: Walker, Emerson Royal, Florenzi, Tomori, Thiaw, Pavlovic, Gabbia, T. Hernandez, Terracciano.

Midfielders: Reijnders, Fofana, Musah, Loftus-Cheek.

Forwards: Leao, Pulisic, Chukwueze, Joao Felix, Gimenez, Abraham.

Changes: Walker, Gimenez, Joao Felix in, Calabria, Bennacer, Okafor, Morata out.

Atalanta

Atalanta have added both of their January signings to their updated Champions League list. They are joined by Ibarhim Sulemana, who wasn’t included at the beginning of the campaign.

A List:

Goalkeepers: Carnesecchi, Rui Patricio, Rossi.

Defenders: Posch, Kossounou, Djimsiti, Hien, Kolasinac, Toloi.

Midfielders: Bellanova, Cuadrado, Ederson, De Roon, Pasalic, Samardzic, Brescianini, Sulemana, Ruggeri, Zappacosta.

Forwards: Retegui, Lookman, De Ketelaere, Maldini.

Changes: Maldini, Posch, Sulemana in, Zaniolo, Godfrey out.

Juventus

There are no surprises that Randal Kolo Muani has been added to Juventus’s Champions League squad. With three other signings arriving in January, Thiago Motta had a decision to make, and Alberto Costa, who came in from Vitoria Guimaraes, hasn’t made the cut.

A List:

Goalkeepers: Di Gregorio, Perin, Pinsoglio.

Defenders: Gatti, Kalulu, Kelly, Renato Veiga, Cambiaso, Juan Cabal.

Midfielders: Locatelli, Thuram, Koopmeiners, McKennie, Douglas Luiz, Adzic.

Forwards: Kolo Muani, Vlahovic, Milik, Conceicao, N.Gonzalez, Weah.

*B list includes Savona, Rouhi, Anghele, Mbangula and Yildiz.

Changes: Kelly, Renato Veiga and Kolo Muani in, Danilo, Arthur Melo and Fagioli out.
