Como manager Cesc Fabregas released a statement to DAZN, urging the club’s fans to attend the match against Roma.
“We will soon recover several players who are unavailable and this makes me even more confident about our chances,” stated the Spanish manager.
“I am sure that we are on the right path. I reiterate what I said before: when you see your team trying to play and propose what it has prepared even in such conditions you can only go home satisfied.”
“Unfortunately we concede goals even when we do not concede shots on goal, it is very disappointing not to win but I am calm.”
“Mentality and work culture have changed, we are a small club that is growing a lot and in a short time.”
“I remember that we did not have our fans at our side, their help would have been important in a very delicate moment and I appeal for all of them next Sunday against Roma. I am sure they will also be proud of us.”
