Riccardo Calafiori expressed his gratitude following the end of his first-ever Champions League campaign, which concluded with Arsenal’s 2-1 defeat to PSG on Wednesday night.
The Gunners were hoping to overturn a 1-0 first-leg loss to book their place in the final, and despite a promising start, they were denied by a superb performance from Gianluigi Donnarumma. The Ligue 1 champions held firm and struck at the right moment to set up a showdown with Inter in Munich.

After the final whistle, Calafiori posted a message of appreciation on Instagram, simply writing: “Thanks for everything.”
