Burnley and Sheffield United interested in Le Havre’s Étienne Youté Kinkoué | OneFootball

According to a report from Fabrizio Romano, Le Havre AC are willing to let Étienne Youté Kinkoué (23) leave the club this summer, with the centre-back entering the final year of his contract in the North of France.

Kinkoué has been an important part of the squad since arriving from Olympiacos in January 2023, and helped the club remain in Ligue 1 for the past two seasons, racking up 50 appearances in the top flight of French football.

Despite his role in the team, Le Club Doyen can see the writing on the wall and will want to avoid a similar scenario to last summer, where they were unable to sell the defender. With this in mind, Le Havre have reportedly set their asking price at €5 million.

Clubs are interested in the defender, with Romano writing that Burnley FC, Sheffield United, and FC Köln have all been looking at the player.
