Stade Brestois welcome back three key players as they travel to take on AS Monaco at the Stade Louis II on Friday night. Abdallah Sima, Romain Del Castillo and Ludovic Ajorque, all contending with minor blows prior to the international break, all return, and all are expected to start for Brest.
There are, however, absences from Eric Roy’s side. Soumalia Coulibaly is out at centre-back, handing Julien Le Cardinal a rare opportunity to start. Massadio Haidara is also out, meaning that Jordan Amavi will begin the game at left-back. Romain Faivre is also out of this game for Brest, alongside more long-term absentee Bradley Locko, who is expected to miss the entirety of the campaign having suffered an ACL injury in pre-season.
