The hosts got off to a great start with their first goal of the game coming on 13 minutes through Lesnard.
Mckenzie did some great work on the left flank, beating her marker before delivering a deep ball to the far post where Lesnard finished well.
Brentford were dominant throughout the rest of the first half with the side controlling the majority of the possession.
Despite their dominance, Hackney managed to keep Brentford out with the score still only 1-0 at half-time.
The home side killed any chance of Hackney finding a way back into the game when they scored their second just 10 minutes after the interval.
Berry grabbed her first of the game after running on to an excellent through ball from Emma Sanchez and finding the bottom corner with her finish.
The Bees continued their pressure and made it 3-0 just after the hour mark through an excellent strike from Mckenzie.
The left winger did well to win the ball back deep into Hackney’s half before cutting inside and bending the ball into the top-right corner.
The home side were rampant and playing with a lot of confidence. On 70 minutes Brentford scored again to make it 4-0.
It was Berry this time who grabbed her second of the game when a give and go with Abi Claringbold saw the striker go through on goal before finishing well in the far-left corner.
Brentford wrapped up the win, Barboas with the final goal of the game five minutes before full-time.
Berry assisted this time with the forward threading through Barbosa who made a good run before dribbling with the ball and bending it into the far-left corner from just inside the box.
Speaking on his side's win, Brentford Women B head coach Yannawit Khantharat says the team's hard work is slowly beginning to pay off.
He said: " I would say their hard work is starting to pay off, the players have been working really hard and are committed both on and off the pitch.
"We still have a lot to work on to make sure the players will have the smooth transition to first team, that is the main aim for the players."
