Bologna consider re-signing Marko Arnautovic from Inter Milan, while Joaquin Correa has also been offered to them.
This according to today’s print edition of Bologna-based newspaper Il Resto del Carlino, via FCInterNews.
Bologna are looking to make a signing in attack during the January transfer window.
The Rossoblu want to reinforce for a push for European football. They are currently in the hunt for a Europa League or Europa Conference League place under Vincenzo Italiano.
According to Il Resto del Carlino, one idea Bologna have would be to bring back striker Marko Arnautovic.
Arnautovic joined Inter from Bologna in the summer of 2023.
The Austrian left positive memories during his two seasons at the Stadio Renato dall’Ara. Particularly in his first campaign, he proved to be a real attacking talisman.
Now, Bologna are considering bringing Arnautovic back to Emilia-Romagna.
The former West Ham United and Stoke City striker has a few months left on his contract with Inter.
Meanwhile, Bologna could sign another Inter player. This according to Il Resto del Carlino.
Joaquin Correa’s agent Alessandro Lucci has made contact with the Rossoblu, the newspaper reports.
Correa has hardly been a regular starter for Inter. However, he scored a brace against Hellas Verona in the Serie A this season. Thus showing he could have an impact still.
