Arsenal have announced that Ben White has committed his future to the club with a new long-term contract, which will reportedly run until 2028.
White joined the Gunners from Brighton and has since established himself as a key player, making 122 appearances in all competitions.
The 26-year-old recently scored the 10,000th goal in the club’s history in a victory over Sheffield United, before following it up with two assists in Saturday’s win over Brentford.
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is delighted by the signing.
“It’s great news that Ben is committing his future to the club,” said Arteta.
“Ben is a key player for us, a top professional with a winning mentality, and one of the guys who leads by example every day.
“Ben’s ability, determination and positive attitude are so important, but he is also a great character and human being. We all look forward to continue working with Ben in the coming years.”
