The Women’s Euro 2025 TV picks for the quarter-final stage have been revealed, with the BBC and ITV announcing how they will split the four games.
Both broadcasters have shared tournament rights and will continue to alternate coverage as the competition reaches its decisive phase.
The quarter-finals, feature some of the biggest names in European women’s football and are expected to draw huge viewing figures across the UK.
England advanced to the last-eight following their convincing 6-1 victory over Wales on Sunday evening.
Their route to a potential Euro 2025 final was confirmed, starting with a quarter-final clash against Sweden.
Below, we explain when each of the four Women’s Euro 2025 quarter-finals will take place, and reveal what games BBC and ITV will show as part of the TV picks.
The BBC will show three of the four Women’s Euro 2025 quarter-final matches as part of the TV picks for the tournament.
Most notably, they will show England’s quarter-final clash with Sweden, which takes place in Zurich on Thursday evening.
It will be the second Lionesses game that the broadcaster has shown during Women’s Euro 2025.
They will also show Norway’s clash with Italy on Wednesday night, and hosts Switzerland against tournament favourites Spain on Friday.
Women’s Euro 2025 quarter-final games to be shown on BBC
The only quarter-final that ITV will show at Women’s Euro 2025 is the hugely-anticipated clash between France and Germany on Saturday.
There is a good reason why ITV will only show one quarter-final, compared to the BBC’s three.
That is because ITV will have first-choice for the semi-finals. That means they will show England’s semi-final contest should the Lionesses progress past Sweden.
If England win, they will face the winner of Norway vs Italy on July 22nd in Geneva.
Both the BBC and ITV will show the Euro 2025 final, which takes places on July 27th in Basel.
According to the UK’s top betting sites , Spain remain the 8/11 favourites to win Women’s Euro 2025.
England started the tournament at second-favourites, but dropped to fourth after their defeat to France.
However, after impressive wins over Netherlands and Wales, England’s odds have shortened again to 4/1 second-favourites to retain the trophy.
France and Germany are third and fourth in the bookmakers’ odds at 5/1 and 10/1 respectively. However, one of those two nations will crash out of the tournament in the final quarter-final.
The rest of contenders are priced at 10/1 for Sweden, Italy at 25/1, Norway at 28/1 and hosts Switzerland are 66/1 to win Euro 2025.
