Now, a new report has emerged that indicates that Bayern Munich looms as Manchester City’s biggest threat in the race to sign Florian Wirtz. Based on Keeling’s new report, it seems that if Manchester City are to sign Wirtz, they will face stiff competition from Bayern Munich. The chance that Wirtz extends his contract with Bayern Leverkusen also remains in play.

If he doesn’t, then Leverkusen will sell him this summer, as per the CF Bayern Insider report. Lastly, Bayer Leverkusen’s asking price to sell Wirtz is reported to be £128.6 million as per Farrell Keeling’s report.

It stands to reason that Bayern would want to sign him from Bayer Leverkusen. As with any player who shines in the Bundesliga, Bayern will be at the front of the queue to sign them.
