Barcelona & Real Madrid stars nominated for La Liga Player of the Week prize | OneFootball

Leading members of the attacking ranks at both Barcelona and Real Madrid have been nominated for La Liga Player of the Week.

This comes owing to their respective performances against Las Palmas and Getafe.

Raphinha was for his part named Man of the Match on the back of Barca’s shock 2-1 defeat at the hands of Las Palmas, with Kylian Mbappé having secured the same for his showing against Getafe.

And, owing to as much, they have been included on the shortlist for Player of the Week in Spain’s top-flight.

The competition is stiff, though, with the respective MVPs from each of the other eight fixtures this gameweek all in the running, too.
