Paris Saint-Germain have quality talent in their midfield, but one area they lack at this position is height. Fabian Ruiz is the tallest player at 6′ 2″ (1.89m), but behind him, it’s pretty thin regarding players near the Spaniard’s stature.
Senny Mayulu is 6′ 0″ (1.83m), but there’s not much behind the 18-year-old. As a result, PSG could be looking to add at least another player in the midfield this upcoming summer with the stature and one that fits what manager Luis Enrique wants.
Moreover, might the Ligue 1 side add a veteran voice to the group of young talent that PSG have built over the last couple of transfer windows?

Arsenal insider Charles Watts reports that the Gunners haven’t started contract talks with Thomas Partey, who is out of contract this summer and has interest from Barcelona, Juventus, and PSG.
The 31-year-old stands at 6′ 1″ (1.85 m), so he would add more height to the midfield and a veteran presence. If the Parisians could reach a deal in terms of contract length and wages that benefit all parties, it could be a signing that works out.
Moreover, Enrique would know Partey very well, considering Partey played for Atletico Madrid from 2013 to 2020 when the PSG manager was managing at FC Barcelona.
