Barcelona close to another €30m financial boost | OneFootball

La Liga giants Barcelona are set for another fresh boost on the financial front.

That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, who have on Monday provided an insight into the latest developments behind the scenes in Catalunya’s capital.

It is of course common knowledge that the powers that be at Barcelona have long been working hard to get the club’s dismal monetary situation back in order.

A whole host of avenues have been sought out by Joan Laporta and co, with the Blaugrana understood to be closing on an agreement with Nike over a new kit manufacturing deal, as well as the sale of a percentage of Barca Vision, both of which will aid the club to no end.

And, as alluded to above, if the latest word to have surfaced in Spain late on Monday is anything to go by, then yet another imminent boost looks set to come the way of the La Liga outfit, too.

As per MD:

‘Barcelona are in advanced talks with an American company for the transfer of the catering service at the Spotify Camp Nou.’

Should an accord by reached as planned, a further €30 million is primed to reinforce the Camp Nou coffers in the near future.

All of this will of course prove important when it comes to matters on the pitch, as Deco and co. continue in efforts to add to new head coach Hansi Flick’s first-team squad.
