AS Monaco nearing agreement to sign Eintracht Frankfurt’s Éric Dina Ebimbe | OneFootball

As reported by Foot Mercato, AS Monaco are in advanced discussions to sign Eintracht Frankfurt midfielder Éric Junior Dina Ebimbe (24).

RMC Sport understands that there is already an agreement in principle between the player and the Principality club, whilst talks between the two clubs remain ongoing. The former France youth international, desperate for more game time, wants to leave Eintracht Frankfurt and is ready to move to Monaco.

Foot Mercato understands that talks between Les Monégasques and the Bundesliga club are advanced with just a few finishing touches needed to put on the deal. The Principality club look set to fend off competition from an unnamed Ligue 1 rival, from West Ham United and Turkish club Galatasaray, as per Foot Mercato.

Monaco have been keen to add a midfielder this month with academy product Eliot Matazo set to leave the club. He was absent from first-team training, attended by Get French Football News, on Friday, ahead of a permanent transfer to Hull City.
