Earlier this year, PSG sold Xavi Simons to RB Leipzig, and the Dutch midfielder has since drawn interest from several Premier League clubs, including Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur.
According to a previous report from Fabrizio Romano, Leipzig paid €80 million for Simons—€55 million of that up front. The 22-year-old signed a contract through June 2027, with PSG including a sell-on clause in the deal.
CaughtOffside reported Saturday that Simons is available for around €60 million this summer and is open to a move to the Premier League.
Talks are already underway regarding a possible move to London, with Arsenal, Chelsea, and Tottenham all viewed as potential destinations for the Netherlands international.

In new information from Romano, he notes that Arsenal are weighing up a move for another attacking player following the signing of Viktor Gyökeres. Eberechi Eze and Xavi Simons are reportedly among the names under consideration.
On Monday, Sky Sport Germany’s Florian Plettenberg reported that Chelsea are holding further talks with Simons’ camp this evening. The club are seriously interested and pushing to reach a verbal agreement.
RB Leipzig are open to selling him and want a total package worth at least €70 million. Chelsea, however, are hoping to negotiate a lower fee. If a deal with Chelsea doesn’t materialize, other clubs are ready to step in.
