Arsenal are reportedly monitoring Chelsea winger Noni Madueke, according to the Telegraph.

The Gunners are keeping tabs on the England international as they explore wide-attacking reinforcements for the upcoming season.

Although no formal approach has been made, Madueke has emerged as a player of interest in North London, particularly given his uncertain role at Stamford Bridge.

The 23-year-old joined Chelsea from PSV Eindhoven in January 2023 and has shown flashes of brilliance.

Known for his pace, direct dribbling, and flair in one-on-one situations, Madueke has delivered some eye-catching moments, but consistency and injuries have limited his impact.

Mikel Arteta is eager to bolster Arsenal’s attacking depth, particularly in the wide areas. While Bukayo Saka has the right flank locked down, Arsenal are looking to ease his workload.

Despite the rivalry between the two clubs, direct transfers between them are not an uncommon occurrence, and Chelsea would be willing to consider a suitable offer.

The Blues have not indicated they will let Madueke go, but that could change in the coming weeks with Chelsea targeting several offensive reinforcements.

They remain in talks with Borussia Dortmund over a deal for Jamie Bynoe-Gittens, while Mohammed Kudus and Joao Pedro are also of interest.

Chelsea are currently in action at the Club World Cup and will seek to make it two wins from two in Friday’s clash against Brazilian outfit Flamengo.
