The Gunners are repeating past successful trips, but with a few tweaks
Mikel Arteta has confirmed Arsenal are heading to Dubai this week for a warm-weather training camp.
The Gunners are planning to head out to the Middle East on Thursday, the day after their Carabao Cup semi-final second leg at Newcastle.
Arsenal are not in action after that until a week on Saturday, so they are using the chance to go away for some warm-weather training.
The club are heading to Dubai, which is where they went in January last season and that had a huge impact on the squad.

Arsenal went on to win 16 of their final 18 Premier League games, only surrendering the title to Manchester City on the final day of the season.
“I think it’s coming, yes,” said Arteta, when asked if Arsenal are off to Dubai.
“There are a lot of things that will be very similar [to when Arsenal went to Dubai last year]. Location, where we are staying, where we train, but then obviously we have to modify it.
“We’re going to be in a different moment of the season, different numbers, probably the team needs other stimuli, other things, so we are preparing a few things.
“Hopefully, it will work like it has worked in the last few times.”

Before they head to Dubai, Arsenal take on Newcastle in the second leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final on Wednesday night.
Arsenal face a tall order as they are 2-0 down after losing the first leg at home - but Arteta believes his side can comeback.
“Next stop is a final in Wembley so we know how big that is and you can feel it,” said Arteta. “You can feel it straight away.
“The boost that the game gave us when against City, the manner that we did it and the fact that it’s a game that is the closest competition we are in to a final. So we’re going to give it our real go.
“When you compare the emotional state of the team straight after the defeat [in the first leg] and the manner that it happened and how we are today is very different because we come from very strong performances, some great wins and especially the last one at home against Man City.
“So it is momentum and after that game as well we have a break, so it’s the moment to go full gas, ready to go for it and try to approach it in the way that we believe is the best one to win that final.”
