Liverpool boss Arne Slot has learned his punishment for his behaviour following his side's 2-2 draw against Everton earlier this month.
The Dutchman was shown a red card after full-time following a heated confrontation with referee Michael Oliver and the officials.
After being hit with an FA charge, it has now been confirmed that he will serve a two-game touchline ban and has also been hit with a hefty £70,000 fine.
That begins on Wednesday night against Newcastle and he will also be in the stands for their meeting with Southampton.
In addition, his assistant coach Sipke Hulshoff will also serve a two-game suspension and has received a fine of £7,000.
The clubs have also been fined for failing to control their players in the aftermath of the fiery fixture in which the Toffees rescued a point thanks to James Tarkowski's dramatic last gasp leveller.
Everton have been fined £65,000, while the Reds have been hit in the pocket for £50,000 and all concerned have accepted the charges.
