Nottingham Forest have announced the signing of goalkeeper Angus Gunn on a one-year contract.
The Scotland international was a free agent after his deal with Norwich City expired earlier this summer.
Gunn featured in 172 senior matches for Norwich in two different spells at Carrow Road.
He is expected to step into the role vacated by Wayne Hennessey, who retired at the end of last season and has since joined Forest’s coaching team. Gunn will add depth to the squad alongside current keepers Matz Sels and Carlos Miguel.
Matz Sels enjoyed an excellent 2024-25 campaign, earning a share of the Golden Glove award with Arsenal’s David Raya after keeping 13 clean sheets.
Gunn is Forest’s fourth addition of the summer transfer window, following the signings of striker Igor Jesus and defender Jair Cunha from Botafogo, as well as winger Dan Ndoye from Bologna.
