At this point, Jean-Clair Todibo’s (24) deaprture from OGC Nice looks to be a foregone conclusion, even if manager Franck Haise alluded to the possibility of the France international remaining at the Allianz Riviera earlier this week. However, it will take a considerable sum to prise Todibo away from Le Gym as West Ham United and Juventus have already found out.

As reported by Nice-Matin, Juventus saw a loan offer for the Frenchman rejected, whilst West Ham also saw a €35m bid rebuffed, as per reports. Nice are holding out for €40m for Todibo, whose contract runs until 2027. Given the increasing competition for his signature, Les Aiglons are becoming increasingly confident of receiving their asking price.

Juventus remain interested, whilst AC Milan have now joined the race, enquiring about a deal for the former Barcelona centre-back in recent days, according to Foot Mercato. West Ham, despite their rejected bid and the recent acquisition of Max Kilman from Wolverhampton Wanderers, are also still in the race, whilst Aston Villa are also interested. UEFA’s multi-club rules have seen Manchester United unwillingly pull out of the race for Todibo.
