It is no secret that Barcelona are exploring the possibility of signing Rafael Leao, but the player’s current club, AC Milan, have made it clear they have a high asking price.

According to a report from MARCA, Milan are demanding €120 million for the Portuguese winger.

It is said that throughout the transfer window, multiple teams have shown interest in the winger, but Milan’s response has remained consistent: the price is non-negotiable.

The club’s owners are fully aware of Leao’s value, and they are not willing to part with him for anything less than their stated figure.

Interestingly, Milan have openly communicated that Leao is available for the right price, and if an offer meets or comes close to the €120 million mark, the player will be allowed to leave.

As of today, both the club and Leao, who is keen on signing for Barcelona, have taken steps to facilitate a potential move. They have signed various agreements that allow his name to be offered in different transfer markets.

One of the most notable offers has come from a Saudi club, which proposed a deal worth €70 million, with additional bonuses that could raise the total to €90 million.

However, Milan have firmly rejected this offer, insisting that only an offer of €120 million will be enough to release Leao.

For any club interested in acquiring Leao, it’s clear that this transfer will not be an easy or inexpensive process. The million price tag sets a high bar and would make Leao one of the most expensive transfers of the summer.

Milan seem to be aiming for a deal that would be almost impossible for other clubs to match, further underlining their determination to either keep the player or make a substantial profit from his sale.
