Bayern Munich sporting director Max Eberl has revealed that he has kept his eyes on Nicolas Kuhn’s growth and feels that the German has found his home at Celtic.
Kuhn kicked off his career at Ajax before he moved to Bayern Munich and played a handful of games for their second team as well.
In January of 2024, Celtic paid £3m to Austrian side Rapid Vienna to capture Kuhn and he has been an instant hit at the Celtic Park.
The former Germany youth international has played 34 games this season and scored 17 times while making 12 assists as well.
Bayern Munich’s sporting director has kept track of Kuhn’s progress and he is happy to see that he has established himself as an important figure in Brendan Rodgers’ side.
“I have followed his development. Also his transfers”, the Bayern Munich sporting director said via German daily TZ about the Celtic winger.
“You can definitely say that he has become at home in Glasgow.”
Kuhn will be extra motivated to show his skills against the German giants on Wednesday night at home in the Champions League.
