Chloe Kelly holds the Euros trophy after scoring the winning penalty against Spain in the Euro 2025 final
England successfully defended their European Championship trophy, and here we take a look at the Women’s Euro 2029 betting odds and see what their chances are of winning the tournament for the third time in a row.
The Lionesses beat pre-tournament favourites Spain on penalties to win Women’s Euro 2025 on Sunday.
Chloe Kelly scored the winning penalty, much as she scored the winning goal to give England their first piece of silverware three years earlier at Euro 2022.
This should make Sarina Wiegman’s side one of the favourites to defend the trophy again in 2029.

At the time of writing, England are priced at 3/1 to do something that only Germany have done and win the Women’s Euros three times in a row.
Germany actually won the tournament six times in a row between 1995 and 2013.
Spain, despite their penalty shootout loss to England in Basel, are favourites to win the trophy in four years.

Watching the Lionesses lift the trophy must have stung for France, knowing that they can beat Sarina Wiegman’s side on their day.
Les Bleus are third-favourites to win Euro 2029 at odds of 5/1, ahead of eight-time winners Germany at 6/1.
Sweden, the Netherlands and Italy – who all lost to England during Euro 2025 – are ranked as fifth to seventh favourites to lift the trophy at odds varying from 10/1 to 14/1.
Norway are priced at 14/1, which is the same price as Italy who knocked them out of Euro 2025.
The hosts for Women’s Euro 2029 is a decision that still needs to be made by UEFA.
Five declarations of interest have been placed, and have until August 28th to submit their final dossier.
The final list of candidates is expected to be announced sometime in December this year.
