Tottenham will put their top four qualifications to the test when they face Brighton in a huge clash at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Spurs currently sit fifth in the Premier League table, with new boss Ange Postecoglou impressing in his first season at the helm. By implementing an entertaining and attacking style of play, there’s a feeling that something is building for the Lilywhites.
However, the progress of the project could be dependant on securing a top four finish and qualification to the Champions League. Brighton are the latest hurdle in reaching that goal, with the Seagulls also eyeing European qualification.
With Yves Bissouma already treading the path from the south coast to the capital, could any other players make the switch? With that said, here’s a look at a few options at Brighton that could improve Tottenham‘s ranks.

One of the recent stars of the Brighton production line has been winger Kaoru Mitoma, who continues to impress. The Japanese international would fit well on the left for Tottenham, given that Son Heung-Min and Richarlison seem better suited at centre-forward.
The skillset of the 26-year-old is that of a skilled dribbler, who keeps close control of the ball and is able to beat opponents with ease. Spurs could do with a one-v-one winger, especially on the left, which would suit Mitoma well.

Pervis Estupinan is a full-back that offers plenty going forward for Brighton and will often find himself in goal-creating positions. As a result, the 26-year-old would suit the Tottenham setup well under Ange Postecoglou.
Destiny Udogie and Pedro Porro are often involved the opposition penalty box, with an emphasis on contributing towards goals. Estupinan has proven he can do the same and would be a perfect fit for Spurs.
Unless you’re Manchester City, it seems as though every club in world football is looking for a striker that will win them games. The next big star that could do just that is Brighton’s Evan Ferguson, who is still developing into the senior team.
The 19-year-old is able to find the back of the net on a regular basis, while offering a presence in the forward areas. With Tottenham needing their next Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min, Ferguson could be just that for the years ahead.
