Serie A side Milan have been pushing to sign Club Brugge’s Ardon Jashari but it seems as if the move is on stand by.
MilanNews have reported that Milan had offered a fee of €32.5 million in their latest bid for the Swiss but that hasn’t been accepted yet. The reason is related to Inter and Club Brugge’s attempts to sign Aleksandar Stankovic.
The two clubs have held intense discussions to try to strike an agreement for the player, who would replace Jashari at the Belgian side. But there are issues around the buyback fee which are causing a hold-up, leading to Milan’s move for the Swiss midfielder being on stand-by.
Jashari has a strong desire to move to Milan and has rejected both Nottingham Forest and West Ham. His agents are now working tirelessly to make sure that a move to the Rossoneri goes through quickly, with Milan waiting.
