Real Madrid ran out 3-0 winners over RCD Mallorca on Thursday night in their Spanish Supercup final, but it was a hard-fought match until the final whistle, and then beyond it. The two teams were involved in plenty of pushing and shoving after the whistle, and were separated by the staff.

The conflict started after Los Blancos’ third goal when Jude Bellingham patted Pablo Maffeo on the head as they celebrated, which understandably did not go down well with Mallorca. After insults were flung by Maffeo and Raul Asencio, the conflict continued down the tunnel.

Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti was seen accompanying Maffeo down the tunnel deep in conversation, while Vinicius Junior, subbed off before the end of the match, was seen going after RCD Mallorca midfielder Manu Morlanes in the tunnel, after a video at was published by Jijantes.
