Chelsea fans honoured Italian legend Gianluca Vialli two years after his death before their FA Cup third-round game against Morecambe at Stamford Bridge.
The Chelsea and Sampdoria legend died of pancreatic cancer aged 58 on January 5, 2023, in London.
The Blues’ supporters paid tribute to their ex-striker on Saturday before an FA Cup game against Morecambe, the first match after Vialli’s second anniversary of death.
Chelsea supporters held a giant banner with a Vialli picture in a Blues shirt before kick-off on Saturday.
Vialli was a striker and then coach for Chelsea. He scored 40 goals in 87 games with the Premier League giants.
