The theme park is projected to open by 2031, anticipating 8.5 million annual visitors and creating 8,500 jobs, predominantly for local residents.
Extensive infrastructure plans include a new A421 junction, dual carriageway access, Wixams rail station expansion, and on-site hotels, with public consultation on the proposals concluding on 31 August.
