The Congolese sensation, Samuel Ntanda, is set to land in Belgium. His club, Sampdoria, has reached an agreement with Anderlecht for a transfer during this summer transfer window.

According to information from Sacha Tavolieri, the 20-year-old is expected in Brussels this Saturday, August 2, 2025, to undergo his routine medical exam ahead of the official announcement of his move.

This is a homecoming for the Brussels native. Ntanda was already trained at Anderlecht and previously wore the colors of the youth teams of KV Mechelen, STVV Jgd, and St. Truiden.

Regarded as one of the brightest prospects in Congolese football and having made his mark at the 2025 U20 AFCON, Samuel Ntanda leaves Sampdoria after making 10 appearances with the first team.
