Torquay United are new leaders in the South West Regional League Premier Division, a draw for Wythenshawe was enough to see them top in the North West.

EASTERN – Southend United go top of Division 1 South

Premier – Enfield Town defeated Dussindale & Hellesdon Rovers 3-0 to go seventh, Needham Market are up to eighth after a 6-3 victory with six different scorers at Haringey Borough.

1 North – Histon beat Biggleswade United 2-1 to go second, Newmarket Town are fourth following a 3-1 result at Whittlesey Athletic. Thetford Town hit Kings Lynn Town for six with Melissa Boulton scoring three times, while Wootton Blue Cross and Stevenage Devs drew 2-2.

1 South – Southend United knocked Colney Heath off the top with a 5-2 result against Lawford, Romford Town Flyers’ first win at this level came 4-2 at Frontiers as Naomi Jackson and substitute Samantha Kuski each bagged a brace.

League Cup – There were 3-0 wins for Real Bedford Res at Cambridge City and St Albans City at Hutton, Stevenage went through 4-1 at AFC Dunstable, Bowers & Pitsea sank hosts Mulbarton Wanderers 7-0. Luton Town were 5-0 winners over Hertford Town, Royston Town put four past Colney Heath and Wroxham knocked out Chelmsford City 3-1.

EAST MIDLANDS – Sheffield FC catch leaders

Premier – Sheffield FC edged Anstey Nomads 1-0 with a Sadie Smith breakthrough to go level on points with leaders Chesterfield Ladies, whose match with SJR Worksop was abandoned due to a serious injury. Stamford beat Basford United 4-2 to leapfrog them into fourth place, Nottingham Trent University gained just a second point of the campaign with a creditable 1-1 draw against Mansfield Town, Rotherham United ran out 8-3 winners at Ilkeston Town.

1 Central –  River City came from two down at the break to draw the top-of-the-table clash 2-2 with leaders Loughborough Foxes Vixens.  Long Eaton United went fourth with all four goals at Sleaford Town.

1 North –  Gainsborough Trinity defeated Dronfield Town 5-2 to stay top, Grimsby Borough beat Chesterfield FC 2-0 with both by substitute Tyra Jo Cockburn, Grimsby Town scored five against Buxton, Belper Town were 4-1 winners at Notts County Devs.

1 South – Leaders New Bradwell St Peter won 2-1 at Dunton & Broughton United with a Cara Brooker decider, Thrapston Town saw off Cardea 2-0, Wellingborough Town netted a 9-1 scoreline against Bugbrooke St.Michael with Lauren Adams hitting a hat-trick, while Newport Pagnell Town’s opening win came 5-2 over Leicester City LFC.

LONDON & SOUTH EAST – Saltdean sides now have 16 straight wins between them

Premier – Saltdean United have won all seven games so far after a 3-0 result at Ebbsfleet United, it is six in a row for Fulham after a single-goal success over Dorking Wanderers. Dartford won 4-1 at Sport London E Benfica, as did Sutton United at Newhaven, Millwall Lionesses posted a 6-1 result at Haywards Heath Town and Barking’s 7-2 scoreline against Ashford United featured a five-goal haul for Laura Bunton.

1 North – Brentford have eight wins from eight after thrashing Richmond Park 15-0, Ashley Cheatley with five and Chloe Logie with four in front of a crowd of 155. Bromley beat Richmond & Kew 5-0, Charlotte Lee claiming a treble in front on 156 fans. Basement side AFC Whyteleafe lost 1-0 at home to Actonians Res, Clapton CFC won 4-1 at Ashmount Leigh, Hackney’s Sasha Pendleton scored after 88 minutes in a 1-1 draw with Dulwich Hamlet Res, whose sub Shakirra Sesay was also on target.

1 South – Saltdean United Devs edged Steyning Town with a Farrah Dorey goal to make it nine straight wins. Bognor Regis Town just got the better of Soccer Elite Football Academy 3-2 to move into second, while Aylesford’s match with Hastings United was abandoned due to a medical emergency. Welling United were 5-1 winners away to Bexhill United 1-5

League Cup 1st Round – Leatherhead booked a trip to Newhaven next month, with a 3-0 victory at Montpelier Villa.

NORTH EAST – Chester le Street Town beat title rivals with late goal

Premier – Chester le Street Town moved five points clear at the top with victory away to nearest rivals South Shields, dramatically achived with Jenny Ashton’s 87th-minute breakthrough. Bradford City won 6-3 at Sunderland West End, York Railway Institute beat Wallsend BC 3-1 and Alnwick Town won by the same score at Hull United.

1 North –  Shakila Khalaghe got the decider as Chester le Street United edged previously unbeaten leaders Norton & Stockton Ancients Res 4-3. Thornaby hit Bishop Auckland 6-0 with three from Sophie Curle, Wallsend BC Res beat Gateshead 3-1 helped by a Catherine Shields brace after trailing at the break. Consett’s 6-1 result over i2i International Soccer Academy included a Charlotte Paddock hat-trick, Washington leapfrogged Chester le Street Amazons in the table when defeating them 4-2 away, while Redcar Town beat Hartlepool United 2-0 to get out of the drop zone at their expense.

1 South – Ossett United have six wins on the spin after an Emily Bergin goal was enough to win the top-two clash with Leeds Modernians. Altofts also won by a single goal at Oughtibridge WM, Lower Hopton scored three without reply at Kiveton Park.  York City Devs defeated Sheffield United Foundation 5-1 aided by an Isobel Eaton treble, Handsworth’s Danielle Pinder netted three of their six at Sheffield Wednesday.

NORTH WEST – Davis double at the death sees Chester eliminate Linnets

Premier –  Third-placed Curzon Ashton drew 3-3 with Wythenshawe, which was enough to see the visitors replace Darwen at the top on goal-difference.

1 South – Macclesfield FC’s first win came at the eighth attempt, with a single goal away to Warrington Town.

Alliianca & Design Print League Cup 2nd Round – Chester’s Chloe Davis struck two goals in the last five minutes of extra time to progress 2-0 at Runcorn Linnets, Poulton Vics put out Bury 2-1 as substitute Ellise Newby netted, Bolton Wanderers overran Tranmere Rovers 10-3. Darwen defeated West Didsbury & Chorlton 2-1 with a Sarah Greenhalgh double, Khadeeja Rhoden of Mossley Hill Athletic impacted the tie with Fleetwood Town Wrens in similar fashion, FC United of Manchester’s Abby Lester got both goals in the victory at Radcliffe. Morecambe’s Yasmine Carswell scored five of their nine against Hindley, whilst other results were; Blackpool 2-5 Wigan Athletic, FC St. Helens 9-0 Litherland REMYCA, MSB Woolton 1-5 Wirral Phoenix, Salford City 4-2 Crewe Alexandra, Workington Town 2-3 Penrith.

SOUTHERN – Woking go ahead in added time but denied first win by Bursledon

Premier – Ascot United remain top on goal-difference from both Oxford City and AFC Portchester after they all won. Ascot got all four goals at Winchester City Flyers, Oxford City’s Emily White and sub Emily Harris got two apiece in a 6-3 result at Woodley United, Portchester hit Selsey 6-1. Elsewhere, Sholing won by a single goal at Badshot Lea.

1 North – Top team Beaconsfield Town were held 1-1 at home by a similarly unbeaten Penn & Tylers Green, as Ascot United Res gained ground with a 6-3 success at Milton United. Slough Town sub Hannah Summers scored in a 2-1 win at Tilehurst Panthers, while there were 3-2 away wins for Kidlington at Abingdon United Devs and Chesham United Devs at Wycombe Wanderers U-23s.

1 South – AFC Stoneham stayed in pole position with a 4-0 result at Wimborne Town, Havant & Waterlooville’s Sophie Lee scored three times in a 8-2 victory at Abbey Rangers which lifted them to second. Fleet Town forced in four goals at Bournemouth Sports Res to take third spot from them. Woking were on course for a first win after Bryony Gibbs’ 92nd-minute goal but there was still time for Bursledon’s Kirby Anderson to make it 2-2. AFC Varsity’s Jennifer Parr got the goal that saw them bring back the points from QK Southampton.

REGEN ARABLE SOUTH WEST – Torquay take over at the top

Premier – A big result in the title race saw Torquay United won 3-0 at Forest Green Rovers, to go above them and also take the leadership from Marine Academy Plymouth on goal-difference. Sherborne Town edged twn-player AEK Boco 1-0 with Jess Dobbins sent off for a second caution, Bishops Lydeard beat Poole Town by a single Chloe Shipway effort.

1 East – Gloucester City overcame St Vallier 11-1 helped by a Chloe Golding hat-trick for their fifth win from five games. Paulton Rovers’ Alisha Stuart bagged a seconsd-half brace as they fought back for a 2-2 tie at SGS Olveston United. Corsham Town’s 5-1 result over Stockwood Wanderers was notable for substitute Chantalle Church’s four goals in 19 minutes. Other result were; Bath City 1-2 Royal Wootton Bassett Town, Cirencester Town 1-0 Purton, Downend Flyers 2-2 Bitton.

1 South – Plympton went three points clear at the top with a 3-1 success at second-placed Weymouth, their six win in six. Sticker are third following a 4-2 win at Feniton, Weston super Mare narrowly beat Helston Athletic with a Natasha Crew goal and Bideford got off the mark with a 2-0 win at Honiton Town.

WEST MIDLANDS – Hednesford earn cup progress on penalties

Premier – Kidderminster Harriers’ Eloise Harris scored to defeat Shrewsbury Town 1-0 and raise her side up to second. Alvechurch had an impressive first win, 3-2 away at Coundon Court with an Alisha Sheridan hat-trick.

1 North – Walsall Wood’s fifth win came 4-2 at Newcastle Town for whom it was a fifth defeat, with Wood now three points clear at the top.

1 South – Bromsgrove Sporting defeated Droitwich Spa 2-0 away, to jump three places into second position.

Premier Cup Quarter-Finals – Solihull Sporting beat Burton Albion with Zara Hussain’s 89th-minute goal, Lye Town went through 5-2 at Coventry Sphinx, Port Vale put out Knowle 4-1 and Leek Town progressed with a 3-1 defeat of Shifnal Town.

Division 1 Cup 1st Round – Redditch Borough sub Violet Pugh scored as her side won a seven-goal thriller with Rugby Town, Hednesford Town profited 6-5 on penalties after a 1-1 deadlock at Crusaders, Eccleshall won 3-1 at Halesowen Town with two from Taylor Wright. AFC Telford United were 4-0 winners at Lichfield City, Tamworth won 3-1 at Long Itchington and Worcester City Women Res stormed to an 18-0 victory at Leamington Lions.
