Ten Hag has revealed that Victor Lindelof, Mason Mount and Anthony Martial are available and look good to be involved. However, former captain Harry Maguire has not recovered from his injury.

Ten Hag told Manutd.com: “Harry Maguire is unavailable but the rest – all the players you mentioned [Lindelof, Mount and Martial] – they are, I think, available.

“We have, tomorrow, final training and then we have final decisions. But, as I oversee it now, it looks good.”

United ended their Premier League campaign on a good note with back-to-back victories, but they finished eighth in the table with 60 points.

The club have not qualified for any European competition, but the scenario could change if they win the FA Cup for the 13th time in their history.

The Red Devils will start as big underdogs against the Cityzens on Saturday. It will require a huge defensive effort to secure a victory over their Mancunian counterparts.

The timely return of Raphael Varane from injury is a boost. The Frenchman played only 28 minutes last weekend, but he could start alongside Lisandro Martinez in central defence.

Varane has confirmed that he will leave on a free transfer when his contract expires next month. The World Cup winner will want to depart on a high with FA Cup glory.
