Team’s Up – Celtic team to face FC Twente in the UEFA Champions League | OneFootball

Elena Sadiku has named the starting Celtic XI that will walk out at New Douglas Park just before 8pm to make history for both Celtic FC and also the women’s game in Scotland as the first ever Scottish team to participate in the UEFA Champions League group stages.

That Celtic team is Daugherty in goals, a back three of Hayes, Clark (c) and Bruna. The two wingbacks Lawton and Barclais, Ross and McGregor in the middle of the park and a front three of Cross, Agnew and Noonan.

On the bench for Celtic this evening are Logan, Rodgers, Richardson, Smith, the Carstens twins, Cavanagh, Ashworth-Clifford, Luana and McAneny. There’s no place for Amy Gallacher who has been carrying a knock and has looked out of sorts in recent games.
