There is unlikely to be a more amusing own goal scored this weekend than the one which was produced in Australia's A League.
It came in the clash between Western Sydney Wanderers and Macarthur when a cross into the area seemed like it would be dealt with easily.

Until two defenders got themselves into a horrendous muddle...
Thankfully for Wanderers, it did not prove costly as they overcame the setback to bounce back for a 2-1 victory.
