Premier League clubs West Ham and Wolves are both interested in a deal for Joao Felix this summer according to reports.

The Blues are braced for another busy window, with plenty of activity expected at Stamford Bridge as the club set about improving Enzo Maresca’s squad.

Chelsea could look to sell seven or eight players to fund their moves in the market, with the club looking to sign a striker, centre back and right footed attacker.

West Ham and Wolves interested in Felix

Whilst incomings are important, outgoings are going to be vital as well, with Chelsea needing to move a number of players on.

Despite joining for £45m last summer from Atletico Madrid and signing a seven year deal at Stamford Bridge, Felix falls into that category.

The 25-year-old started just three Premier League games over the first half of the season, before expressing his desire to leave in January.

Felix secured a loan move to AC Milan where after a bright start things haven’t gone to plan, with Milan not planning to make the move permanent.

TBR Football have reported West Ham and Wolves are interested in a deal for the Portuguese, although a move abroad currently looks more likely.

The report adds Chelsea have told Felix he can speak to clubs about a summer move and it appears clear his Chelsea career is over.

Felix has been linked with a return to Benfica, a move he’s reportedly keen on, whilst there’s also been links with Turkish giants Galatasaray.

The signing has pretty much been a disaster for all parties involved, with it seemingly clear despite stating otherwise that Maresca didn’t want the attacker in the summer.

Given how this season has gone Chelsea will do well to get anywhere near the £45m they paid last summer, with another loan perhaps most likely.
