On a four-match unbeaten streak after a 0-0 draw away to Bayer Leverkusen on Friday, Stuttgart continue their Champions League campaign when they host Atalanta on Wednesday.
The Swabians will be hoping for a similar performance to their last Champions League match against Juventus, which ended in a 1-0 victory thanks to El Bilal Touré's late winner.
For Touré, the game will be extra special as he'll be facing his parent club.
"Every Champions League game is special. But the one against Atalanta is particularly special for me. I've been waiting for this game for a long time. I'm really looking forward to it and hope to have a good day," the striker told Kicker.
While Stuttgart have four points in the Champions League, Atalanta have one more after being held to a 0-0 draw by Celtic last time out.
The Italians are yet to concede a goal in Europe this season and go into the game in good form, having not lost in their last eight games in all competitions. Their last outing was an impressive 3-0 win over Serie A leaders Napoli on the road.
Stuttgart will welcome back Jeff Chabot from suspension for Wednesday's match. Keitel, Leweling, Stergiou, Woltemade and Zagadou are all set to miss out.
Atalanta will have to do without long-term absentees Scamacca and Scalvini.
