- Sharon Osbourne has announced her retirement from the music industry, stating she is "done" after decades of involvement.
- Her decision follows husband Ozzy Osbourne's final farewell performance with Black Sabbath at Villa Park in their home city of Birmingham.
- Ozzy, who has Parkinson's disease, performed from a black winged throne, fulfilling his wish to properly thank his fans before retiring.
- The event, described as a "celebration of Ozzy and Sabbath and the music," featured performances from other notable bands and was hosted by Jason Momoa.
- Sharon Osbourne also claimed a band was "disinvited" from the event for attempting to profit, promising to reveal their identity later.
