Juventus use Jonathan David, Kenan Yildiz and Francisco Conceicao upfront for the trip to Genoa, who start Valentin Carboni and Nicolae Stanciu.

It kicks off at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris, also known as Marassi, at 17.30 UK time (16.30 GMT).

The Bianconeri opened their season with a 2-0 victory over Parma, but Andrea Cambiaso begins a two-match ban after he was sent off in that match for a reaction foul.

Fabio Miretti, Juan Cabal, Arkadiusz Milik and Mattia Perin are still out of action, while Nicolò Savona was sold to Nottingham Forest.

That means a shortage of wing-backs, so Joao Mario is preferred to Filip Kostic.

Dusan Vlahovic is seemingly staying after all this season, but still benched in favour of David, Yildiz and Conceicao upfront.

Manuel Locatelli is again picked in midfield rather than Teun Koopmeiners.

Genoa were held to a disappointing 0-0 home draw by Lecce in the opening weekend, as Patrick Vieira begins his first full season as coach.

Sebastian Otoa is the only injury absentee, while Alessandro Vogliacco is on the verge of a move to PAOK.

Vieira keeps Brooke Norton-Cuffy as a right-back and moves Stanciu into a deeper role, with Mikael Ellertsson preferred to Albert Gronbaek.

Leo Ostigard steps into the back four.

Serie A is available on DAZN for fans in the UK and Ireland, and Paramount+ in the USA.
