Alessio Russo has enjoyed an incredible 2024/25 season, winning the Champions League with Arsenal, as well as the Women's Super League Golden Boot and FWA Women's Footballer of the Year.

It's continued tonight on the international stage as she's given the Lionesses a crucial lead away to Spain.

The Arsenal forward raced clear of the defence before keeping her composure to brilliantly slot past Cata Coll for her 22nd goal for her country, and one of her most important to date.

To make things even more special. It's the 26-year-old's 50th cap!

England need to win tonight against the world champions to progress to the Nations League semi-finals, and they have Russo to thank for putting them in the box seat to do just that.
