Rúben Dias has reaffirmed his commitment to Manchester City with a new deal.
Dias' existing contract at the Etihad Stadium was due to expire in 2027 but extended his stay with an improve contract which is now set to run until summer 2029.
Originally signed from Benfica in 2020, the Portugal international has become a bedrock of Pep Guardiola's side by featuring more than 200 times in a blue shirt.
He has been part of four Premier League title-winning teams as well as lifting the Champions League among nine major honours in his time at the Etihad Stadium.
“I’m so proud to represent this great club," said Dias.
"City are where I want to be – at the top of the sport, competing for trophies. The club’s ambition aligns perfectly with mine.
“My job now is to be the best I can be for the duration of this contract, so I can play my part in helping us challenge for more silverware.”
City host Tottenham in their next Premier League encounter on Saturday.
