Roma ready to secure Ferguson deal

Among Roma’s top transfer targets is Brighton striker Evan Ferguson, whom the Giallorossi have considered as Artem Dovbyk’s new back-up.

The player has reached an agreement with the Giallorossi and is now waiting for the clubs to reach a definitive agreement on a loan deal with an option to buy once he reaches 30 goals and assists.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the English club are asking for €45 million for the obligation to buy, while Roma are aiming for €25 million for the option to buy.

A deal could be finalized with an offer of €35 million for the loan deal with a conditional obligation to buy.
