Roma have reportedly been in contact with Eredivisie giants Ajax over a potential deal for two-time Netherlands international Devyne Rensch, according to reports in Italy on Monday morning.
According to the likes of Gianluca Di Marzio and Calciomercato.com, the Giallorossi have already established contact with Ajax in an attempt to get a deal done in the January transfer window for the 21-year-old full-back.

Rensch’s contract is due to expire in less than six months’ time, which means that he should be available for a low-cost fee.
Di Marzio suggests that Roma currently value the player in the region of €10m given his contract situation, but the Giallorossi are still hoping to negotiate a slight discount to lower their spending.
Rensch is not expected to sign a new contract with Ajax, so if a deal is not done, he could be available for a free transfer in the summer of 2025.
