Evan Ferguson has chosen Roma over Atalanta despite the Bergamo club’s concrete interest.
As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Irish striker is ready to wear the Giallorossi jersey after an agreement in principle was reached with Brighton for a free loan transfer.

The Giallorossi will cover his entire salary, amounting to approximately €1.8 million net per season.
The details of the deal remain to be finalized, particularly regarding the potential buy-out option, which Roma hopes to include as a favorable option to maintain control of the British talent long-term.
His arrival would fill the void left by Shomurodov, who recently officially moved to Basaksehir.
