Over the next four days, between the Europa League and Serie A, Ivan Juric will fight for his position as Roma’s head coach.
Today all the newspapers are on the same line: the Friedkins have confirmed a simple temporary trust in the coach, but are asking for a radical change in terms of results.
According to today’s edition of Leggo, in case of new missteps, plan B will be triggered, with the new coach who would have the opportunity to use the two weeks of the international break to settle in at Trigoria and get to know the team.
At the moment, the big favorite to replace Juric is Roberto Mancini, former coach of Inter and Lazio as well as of the Italian national team, eager to get back into the game after a difficult spell in Saudi Arabia.
Mancini is perhaps the only coach on the market who would embody the figure of coach-manager, like Mourinho in short.
